Earrings: All earring sales are final and non-refundable.

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 8 days of delivery.

Packaging Requirements: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging.

Replacements: Replacements for broken pieces are accepted within 8 days of delivery, subject to restrictions.

Refunds and Exchanges: No refunds are provided; store credit only. No exchanges.

Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns.
